Hidden gem, great chicken. I had the chicken wings with a side of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Honestly wasn’t expecting much but both sides were great. My friend had the chicken sandwich with chipotle ranch, which was great. Service was amazing super friendly and helpful.
From out of town and was passing by and chicken sounded good. Me and a friend both ordered some fried chicken and it was some of the best fried chicken we have ever had, reasonably priced too. Definitely swinging by next time I'm in town
North Bend was in need of a fried chicken spot and this is the real deal! Amazing cuts of white meat for their tenders and chicken sandwiches without compromising juiciness. Fantastic breading that's fried to a perfect crisp. The sides were all very good as well (we personally thought the mashed potatoes were best)

Good post ski food. Chipotle ranch good sauce. Mac and cheese good texture. Mashed potatoes could use more gravy. Amazing biscuit. Iced tea was out :( that’s okay though! Better chicken than Safeway chicken strips (that was our comparison since it’s next door). I added a slight filter to Mac and cheese to color match the real thing. The current photo on Apple Maps is way too yellow which could scare some off!
We had a last minute large order and they got it together so quickly for us! Everyone in the group loved it. Chicken has great flavor and sides are good. Kids loved Mac n cheese. Biscuits that actually come with butter and honey too!
This place was fantastic! We stopped after a day of skiing, and we were so hungry... Hot and Crispy chicken delivered! The service was top-notch—friendly and so fast. And the chicken sandwiches were off the hook! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and so flavorful. The buns were soft and delicious, the veggies were fresh, and there were so many sauce options. The the quality of the chicken really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. We had been on the fence trying to decide whether we would try something new or just go to one of the big chain fast-food places near by... So glad we went here -- the price was the same or better than the big chain, but the quality was SO much better. Highly recommend this spot!
My friend and I stopped by for a late lunch and Hot & Crispy did not disappoint! We both got the 2 piece chicken tender meals. I thought it was pricy until I saw how HUGE the chicken tenders were. They were more like chicken breasts. You get your money's worth!
Some of the best chicken we have had in Washington. Chicken was cooked to order, so hot and fresh the way it should be. The best gravy!! Amazing chicken burger so clean and fresh tasting. Totally worth the drive out to the location. The girl serving on Sunday night was so nice and willing to please. Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality. Does not disappoint!! Can’t wait to come back!!
